I don't blame CNN for firing Kathy Griffin, but there was something rich about firing her, along with a slew of judgemental comments from some of their anchors, before the dust had a chance to settle. I love Kathy, and respect all she has given to others, but she clearly crossed a line. Over the last 16 months CNN has made millions off of the vile, racist, sexist, hate filled and yes, sometimes violent, comments from the current occupant of the White House. Day and Night, CNN played his comments Ad nauseam. Every time he cut down another person or group of people, CNN made it 'breaking news', causing so much of his disgusting actions and words to become normalized. There playing judge and jury with Kathy was the height of hypocrisy. CNN is clearly not bothered by violence, or calls for violence when it brings them ratings and cash....
