Regular FH readers know that in addition to the leaves changing and the weather getting cooler, on FH, Autumn also means a spectacular visual trip to Utah!   For the last five years, FH has been fortunate to share a photo scrapbook of photographer's Gordon Nebeker, Mike Tossy and StudioMGPhotography's Utah excursion.  Although this year's scrapbook won't be ready for a few weeks, I wanted to give readers a little taste of what's to come of the four new models who joined the talented trio for this years shot!

Before ever seen Zac on TV or on film, it was magazine images, (like the pin-up above) that first grabbed my attention.  I didn't initially have a lot of respect for Zac as an actor, but he's impressed me with many of his film choices, and the variety of roles he's taken on and has consistently delivered solid performances.

The Men of Hide And Go Shriek

'Close your eyes. Count to 10. And run for your life.'

I heard about 1988's Hide And Go Shriek a while ago, and every Halloween I put it on my 'horror hunk' list, but never seem to have time to check it out. I've never watched General Hospital, but was aware of the sex appeal of former cast member Sean Kanan, and after reading he had a brief butt flash in the flick, I decided this year was the year to finally check it out.

Hide And Go Shriek marked Kanan's film debut, five years before joining General Hospital as AJ Quartermaine.  I watched his butt scene a few times to cap for this piece, and I think it's actually him.  It's filmed in a way that has you wondering if it's a body double, but given Kanan was just starting his career, it's doubtful they'd hire a body double for such a quick butt flash.

Brittian Frye (l) and George Thomas (r)

In addition to Kanan, there were two other noteworthy horror hunks running and screaming in the film.  Brittian Frye plays Randy and George Thomas plays David.  George is gorgeous, but only has shirtless scenes, the equally sexy Frye however, does have a butt scene in the middle of the film.

Sadly, Sean Kanan's John ignores the #1 rule of horror flicks, 'NEVER have sex!'. Spoiler alert, John's junk never saw action again...

Tony Lombardy

Tony Lombardy embodies so much of what I envision when I think of the qualities of a COLT model. Rugged ad masculine, muscular, beautiful natural body hair and an ass that doesn't quit!  Tony was one of  Colt's most popular models throughout the nineties.

Earlier this month, I profiled actor Larry Poindexter in Sorceress. HERE: When putting together the piece, I used the DVD version of the film. Thanks to a poster at Dreamcap however, I discovered there was a brief frontal on the 16:9 blu ray version of the film. Thanks to the poster for the tip and the caps!

Semi-Tough: Clayton by Steve Jerome

'It was Clayton's first time taking his clothes off for a photographer, so the early photos were a little stiff looking. After a while, he really loosened up and let his guard down. That made the session much more productive!'

They say that the best gifts come in small packages, but in Clayton's case, I think larger certainly fits the bill.  I certainly got a gift when I recently discovered Clayton's folder of images, a folder I'd forgotten, and thought I must have deleted.  Although this is Clayton's first appearance on FH, it's not the first time he's been mentioned in a story....

Some of you may remember my piece featuring Steve Jerome's images of Trevor from early this year.  (Student Athlete)  In that piece, Steve shared that Trevor hadn't actually intended to model, but came as support to a friend who was modeling nude for the first time.  That friend he came to support was Clayton.

Trevor obviously got the modeling bug after watching Clayton's shoot, and checking out the incredible shots that resulted.  Clayton's confidence must have rubbed off, as before leaving, Trevor told Steve, he might be interested in a shoot of his own.

Who can blame him, Clayton looks incredible in this series of images.  Trevor also observed the San Diego based photographer couch Clayton through his first nude shoot, and saw the confidence he felt during and after his work with Steve.

'Clayton was clearly the "alpha" who came with his mind made up that he wanted to pose for nude images that show off his masculine body. We are all glad that he made this decision so that we could all enjoy his great physique and youthful exuberance.'

'With his friend at his side during the photo session, Clayton was at ease with being naked. It did take a bit of coaching to get his to smile; he seemed to be intent on looking tough, which made it a bit tough to get the more friendly looks.'

Although smiling may have been initially a struggle, Clayton's great  face and beautiful eyes light up in front of Steve's lens.  Being an athlete, Clayton was self assured and at ease showing off his body.  Clayton works out almost every day and is seriously looking to pursue sports as a career.  As for Trevor's shoot, the buddy system was again applied. Clayton returned the favor and returned with his friend a few weeks later to help boost his confidence and offer support during his friends first nude photo session.

Instagrams That Inspire: Angelspins

'Most of those photos showcase my flexibility both physically and mentally. I’m ready for whatever the photographer throws my way and add my twist to it. Some are just photos at the beach taken by my partner because he knows I like to be artsy.'

One of the first things I do when featuring a model is head to their Instagram.  I like to get a feel for the model that I profiling before beginning.  A model's Instagram can give a glimpse into they are and often help me come up with questions to shoot back.  Although many models included professionally shot images, the images that give away the most are usually the ones taken by friends or the model themselves.

I first profiled San Francisco based model and dancer Angelspins last summer, (Capturing Angels) featuring his work with NICKET.  NICKET is one of my favorite photographers to feature, and loved his shots of Angel. Before beginning the piece, I headed to Angel's Instagram to help me put together the questions for the interview.  I spent far too much time scrolling through, and enjoying Angel's posts.

Angel's Instagram had a mix professionally shot photos, as well as many selfies and images shot by his partner and friends.  Angel's images also solidified that Angel perfectly fits both his images and his personality.  I imagine Angels as quiet, but quick.  Flying through the sky with and a beautify and elegant ease that shines for the few fortunate it enough to see, and capture them.

Some of my favorite shots were from Mike Tossy and StudioMGPhotography, both sets, I was fortunate to be able to feature this past summer. (HERE:)  With Mike, Angel danced through the water, with StudioMG, he flew through the air.

'F*ck Sweater Weather! Let’s bring back Naked Weather!'

Next 3 Shots from August Images

There were so many other shots I loved, I had to focus a specific post on some of my favorites.  Angel's energy is definitely contagious!  Angel has an incredible body, athletic and flexible, but he shares that modeling has actually helped him get comfortable in his own skin.  This beautiful flows through in front of the camera.

It's always nice when models share images of their friends, especially when they also drop trou for a shot!

Horror Hunks: Sean Chapman in Hellraiser

'He'll tear your soul apart.'

I wasn't really familiar with the Hellraiser series until heading out on the hunt for this years crop of Horror Hunks. I had seen, and checked out a scene featuring actor Keven Bernhardt from HellraiserIII, but the sex scene offered little to no actual nudity.  A little digging though had me uncover a quick or you'll miss it frontal from the original 1987 film that launched the franchise.

'The film involves the resurrection of Frank (Sean Chapman), who had opened the door to an alternate dimension and had his body torn to pieces by creatures known as Cenobites. Years later, Frank's brother Larry (Andrew Robinson) moves into their late mother's abandoned house with new wife Julia (Clare Higgins). An accident causes some of Larry's blood to spill on the attic floor, which triggers Frank's resurrection.'

English actor Sean Chapman has starred on film and on television in both the UK and the US since the late 1970's. Some of his roles include stints on Emmerdale, Peak Practice, French & Saunders, Midsomer Murders and Casualty. Chapman's also appeared on stage include: Hamlet (Royal Exchange), Pride and Prejudice (Leicester Haymarket) in the 1980's and leading roles at the National Theatre productions of Angels in America (1992), Rutherford and Son (1995), Fair Ladies at a Game of Poem Cards (1999).

His frontal flash in Hellraiser occurs near the beginning of the film, and without the help of a pause button, would be easily missed. If you check out the clip below beware... There's no death or gore in the scene, but there is little blood when a hand hits a nail. It has me wince every time.

Nothing Ever Ends...

Although my television is on most of the time, I don't really sit and watch many shows.  It's mostly background, the news, a music channel, old sit-coms running as I work around the house.  Most of the shows I covered feverishly when they first aired (American Idol, Big Brother, American Horror Story, Greys Anatomy) I barely watch, most have long since been deleted from my DVR.

I sat down, actually watched, and thoroughly enjoyed HBO's Watchmen on Sunday Night. I also never saw the film version, nor read the book,  but I think in this case, that may be an advantage. I almost didn't  watch as I both loved and hated aspects of creator Damon Lindelof's last show The Leftovers.  Some episodes were brilliant, others.... incredibly boring.  I was also frustrated at how much of the cast were off screen for long periods of time.  My love for Regina King however won out.  Like others, I was just a kid when first introduced to Regina on 227, and like many, have followed her career since.

The Harrad Experiment (1973)

At almost seventy, Don Johnson has lost little of his sex appeal.  I regret it took me so long to see how hot he was.  I never got his appeal until a few years ago.  I did a birthday post and after seeing some young promotional shots, got to love the actor and much of his early film work. So much so, Johnson has become a favorite to write about on the site. (HERE:)

Yahya Abdul-Mateen II

The Watchmen has an incredible cast, many of whom, (Jean Smart, James Wolk) have yet to appear.  A stand out in the first episode was the ultra hot Yahya Abdul-Mateen II.  Yahya plays Angela (King's) husband in the series and gives us a brief flash of butt in the pilot.  I first noticed Yahya in an episode of The Black Mirror and am glad to be seeing more of him in a regular role.

The reviews I checked out today focus a lot on the shows themes, and how relevant they are.  Although true, I found myself getting into the show not so much due to story, but due to the characters, and relationships between them.  There is history is a mystery I look forward to watching play out in future episodes.

'Probably the most dramatic pieces in my wardrobe would be capes.'
Tyson Chandler

Some traits we're born with, others we cultivate out of need.  For me, my creativity was something I cultivated.  When I was a kid, I loved almost everything, every subject in school, every sport and recreational activity.  Problem was, as much as I enjoyed all of those things, I wasn't really passionate about any of them.

I played hockey and basketball, but was never good enough to make the A team.  I loved drama, but never worked hard enough to get a lead role.  I love most of my school subjects, but usually got B's and C's. My creatively really grew after graduating high school, while at University, where being so so about a lot of things wasn't going to to cut it.  It wasn't until then, that I really pushed myself creatively.

My love for Halloween didn't really kick in until then either.  I enjoyed it, but not enough to really invest much time or energy in a costume.  I remember one year, while in Cub Scouts, a group of us decided to go as the character from Gilligan's Island.  I was the Professor.  I think I chose him as I except for beige pants and a white-shirt, I only needed an island lei to complete the look.

Almost every other year, between the ages of 8 and 18 I wore the same costume, a red cape.  Sometimes I added a face mask, or make-up, but the cape was my go to look.  My mother had made the cape for a costume for herself, sewn together from a red satin sheet.  Without planning, without thinking, I wore that red sheet to school costume day, dances, parties and out trick or treating.  I wore it so often, I used to get nagged by my friends about my costume laziness.

I miss that cape, I think my mother finally tossed it after I left for school.  I was never brave enough, nor really that interested, in dressing up as a woman, but looking back, I think the shimmering cape, may have been my substitute.  It was long and dramatic, and flowed when I walked.  It whirled in the air when I twirled around.  It was like my dress, but a passable dress, one that I felt safe to wear.

FH readers remember last Halloween was the site's season of the witch.  Holden was certainly the coven's leader and was the centerpiece of last years holiday posts.  Jim from Studio1x worked hard to capture my vision, and sent me on hundreds of shots and different looks for the piece. One set I didn't use last year was this series of Holden with cape and ladder.  I loved the red cape Jim used, and the memories of own Halloweens, so tucked these aside to kick off the season this year.  If you want to check Holden a witch, with a black hat, but without the sexy black briefs... check out last years post HERE:

Horror Hunks: Michael B. Silver in Jason Goes to Hell

'Horror, has many faces... death, wears many different masks... but pure evil, wears only one... and this is your final chance, to see it.'

Television viewers last saw the ultra hot actor (and hot daddy) Michael B. Silver as Sgt. Kanter Harris on the CBS drama Instinct. Sixteen years earlier however, the then 26 year old made his big screen debut as Luke: Boy Camper, his official credit, in 1993's Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday. Of course this wasn't quite the the final Friday, but it did mark's Luke's ending after having sex in a tent, he and his girlfriend Deborah had an orgasmic (literally) ending.

I can't believe I missed this little bit of male nudity from The Friday the 13th franchise. Back in 2014, I did a list (The Climax Conclusion) of hot male bodies who showed a little skin before being stabbed, bludgeoned, mutilated or filleted by Jason. I did my list from a DVD collection that I had, and I believe only went to Part 6. Silver is only in the film for a few minutes, but so glad I found it. Silver was absolutely adorable, even in the brief few minutes before his inevitable end.

After his turn in Jason Goes To Hell, Silver went on to guest start on most of the well known tv shows of the 90's. Silver had guest spots on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Blossom, Step by Step, The Pretender and The X Files. Silver continued to guest on televisions biggest shows in the 2000's until landing regular roles on NYPD Blue, Beautiful People, CI Miami, Veronica Mars and ER. More recently, Silver was seen on Suits, Secrets and Lies and Royal Pains before joining Instinct in 2018.
