Lover, Fighter, Pupper: Blake by ClearEye
'Blake had no boundaries which meant the creative ideas were limitless.. I never asked him to do anything that he wasn't up for.'
It was almost 10 years ago that I first discovered the work of Ohio based photographer ClearEye. It was during my time as editor for Dylan Rosser's tMf Magazine. Without knowing the other was doing the same thing, both Dylan and I reached out to Mason about featuring his work. Mason was on board and his work was profiled in issue #7 of digital magazine.
I loved Mason's work, especially his use lighting and space. I knew I also wanted to spotlight ClearEye's work here and Mason generously sent on a selection of bonus images of model Jason Rafael for bonus piece on FH. In the piece (HERE:) you can both beautifully see and feel the tone and mood Mason created with lighting, shadow and space. If you check out Mason's portfolio on Flickr, you'll see he has an extensive archive of shoots, many of which I've featured on the site.
Like so many photographers, Mason's shoots came to a stand still at the start of the pandemic in March of 2020. Once fully vaccinated, he began shooting again when opportunism present themselves, and I'm eager to see the results of new shoots that he has lined up. Until then however, I asked Mason about a few models in his archives that we hadn't yet featured on the site. One of my favorites, featured his work with Blake.
When I was going through Mason's portfolio, I kept going back to enjoy his work with Blake. I loved the midwestern model's look and the images and poses that Mason captured. In addition to admiring Blake's tight, hot body, I also especially loved his devilish grin and how much fun he seemed to be having during the shoot.
It was back in 2017 that Blake's then-boyfriend Keith contacted Mason about a possible shoot featuring both he and Blake. They managed to schedule time before the end of the year featuring both individual shots of both Keith and Blake, as well as some of them together.
Mason shares that it was a great shoot and he enjoyed working with Blake and the images they created. A few years later, he decided to contact Blake to see if he was up for another shoot and shoot some updated photos. Given how pleased Blake also was with the images from their first shoot, he eagerly agreed.
What first struck you about Blake's appearance?
I was immediately struck by Blake’s boyish good lucks and happy demeanor. He was like a puppy (and he is a “pup.”).
Was nudity something you brought up or was it a given?
It was a given. Keith found my Flickr profile which features exclusively nude photos and that’s why they contacted me. They wanted nude photos.
What was Blake like to work with?
Blake was great fun to work with. He was totally comfortable being nude and really enjoyed himself. He was always smiling and had a great time.
Was there much talk during the shooting process?
Yeah, we talked a lot. He’s very personable and we shared stories about our lives throughout the shoot.
Was there much discussion prior to the shoot?
I don’t usually discuss the shoot in much detail before hand, other than to confirm that the model is comfortable with posing nude. I will create a list of a few ideas, but mostly I go with the flow. A lot depends on the model’s energy so it is difficult to plan specifically until the model is in front of the camera.
Where did the shoot take place?
The shoot took place in my home. I use various rooms in my house as backdrops. Since I rely mostly on window lighting, we move around within the house as the sun shifts.
What was your favorite part of the shoot?
I guess my favorite moments were when Blake was just having a good time and smiling naturally as I snapped away.

I didn't get to see Spring Awakening on Broadway, but I did become a fan after seeing many performances from the show on-line. In the recent concert film and documentary, Spring Awakening: Those We've Known, the cast looks back at the Tony Award winning show fifteen years after it's Broadway debut.
If you know the show, you might remember there's a sex scene between original cast members Lea Michelle and Jonathan Groff. I've featured the cast, and the scene previously on FH. (HERE:) In the recent HBO documentary, Groff recalls that scene, and a spectacular shot of his ass that he felt summed up his experience with the show.

These are a few favorites from my recent week of clicking... Fitness model Kyle Hynick always gives his undies a workout, no more so than in captures from his recent trip to Bora Bora. Kyle shared several, (including the shot above) on his Twitter with even more, on his OnlyFans.
Speaking of undies, nothing comes between Charles Melton and his Calvins, at least nothing I could see on the Riverdale actor's Instagram page.

The recent shots from the current production of Take Me Out got a lot of PR this week, but the original production still grabs my attention. Thanks to David Asset (featured on FHHERE:) who recently posted links to video from the 2003 show on DreamCaps. The original Broadway production also featured a slew of TV stars including: Daniel Sunjata, Denis O'Hare and David Eigenberg.
Earlier this year, I posted some of my favorite shots (HERE:) of the ultra hot Sam Spade. (above) In the piece, I teased his new pictorial for the newly launched website PlaygirlPlus. The site is now official up and in addition the magazine's vast archives, there have been four new Men of the Month added to the site.
I loved Sam's portfolio by photographer Adam Washington, and also really enjoyed the images and video featuring model Joe D. Martinez by photographer Brian Kaminski.
One of my favorite weekly visits is always to Casperfan and his incredible site. Recently, Casperfan added caps and a video link from the sizzling Charles Alexander and his delicious butt from theseason 2, episode 2 episode of The Wilds.
Over the last couple of years, I researched and posted the only two nude scenes from the original 1980's airig of Kids In The Hall. They included clips and caps for cast members Bruce McCulloch (HERE:) and Mark McKinney. (HERE:) The new version premiered this week on Amazon prime, and as you can see from these caps from AusCaps, actors Kevin McDonald and Dave Foley have now joined the nude troop. Scott.... it's your turn next!

Joshua David: Flesh Tones
'I saw so many guys' heads turn to see if I was wearing anything!'
When I think of Joshua David (bun_adventure) , I can't help but think also of snow. One of the first images of the Seattle based model that I ever saw was a stunning shot of a nude Joshua in the snow on Mount Rainier. I featured that shot the first time I featured Joshua's work back in 2016. (Open Season) I know I'm not the only one who was drawn to the image as I've seen it frequently shared on other sites and and forms devoted to images of men naked in nature.
As you can beautifully see, there was no snow in sight when Joshua, and his beautiful buns headed for their latest adventure. These shots were all taken on a recent trip to French Polynesia, specifically the islands of Tahiti and Moorea. Joshua had been hoping to visit Japan, but the pandemic put the country into lockdown and plans had to be changed.
'For this trip, I was looking for something special that would be unlike all my other swimsuits. I loved exploring the islands in this micro brief from @toddsanfield -- it definitely earned a few double-takes from the locals.'
The flesh toned swim swimsuit certainly had me doing a double take when I first saw the shots! Joshua reports that even the person who makes the speedo thought he was nude when checking out some of the photos. 'I embraced the many looks and took in the extra attention, even though it can make me nervous.'
If you follow Joshua's work you know those speedos were eventually coming off. Many of his adventures in Tahiti and Moorea included hikes and excursions sans swimsuit. Although Joshua loves being naked in the great outdoors, he was careful not to stumble upon any other travelers on his stripped down strolls.
Most of the shots featured here were taken by Joshua's husband and a few close friends who joined him on the journey. Although it's Joshua's beautiful body in focus, the incredible views captured expand to the incredible colors and majestic surroundings. Now that he's back home, Joshua's not slowing down. Although his treks will have to be a little closer to home, there will be more bun adventures to look forward to in the mountains and trails near Joshua's home in Washington.

I'm not sure I was ever really a huge fan of actor David Boreanaz, but I was certainly hot for Angel. I loved Buffy & Angel and remember all the pausing and fast forwarding when Angel returned to Sunnydale from Hell, completely naked. We didn't see much, but enough to crave more.

Wet Lines & Right Curves: Francisco by Studio1x Shower
'I think my favorite part of the shoot was just being able to spend so much time with Francisco and really getting to know him well.'
I think shaving another man's butt is a great ice-breaker, and a sure fire way to get to know someone... Erections and butt shaving however, weren't the only topics of conversation during Francisco and Jim's two day shooting marathon. Never having modeled before, Francisco had tons of questions about the work and the process.
'Francisco had lived a pretty sheltered life so he had many questions not only about the process, but also more general questions about life, relationships etc. It was almost like I was a like a mentor or father figure that he could trust and felt comfortable asking and talking about anything. '
'We did want a good mix of everything but for the erection shots, he would use his phone to watch some porn to get himself up for those shots.'
Normally I don't feature that many erections in features, but in the images that Jim sent on, Francisco appeared aroused in quite a few of the shots. In addition to his beautiful body, face and alluring eyes, I was admittedly also quite taken, and visually fascinated, by Francisco's penis an it's tendency to curve to the right when fully erect. (see below)
I love that Jim often sends me on hundreds of shots to choose from. For his work with Francisco however, there were not hundreds, but thousands of images from their two day shoot and the many looks and locations that they shot in.

Morgan Spector: Mr. Russell Revealed!
'There weren’t a lot of muscular people when I was acting in school, so I was pressed into service as the guy with his shirt off.'
It's no surprise that actor Morgan Spector was often called to take his shirt off he literally smoulders in The Gilded Age, no matter what he's wearing. His eyes, his beard, his walk, head to toe sexy! Although there was no nudity from the male cast in The Gilded Age, the producers did wisely get George Russell shirtless. Even poorly lit, his chest was a site to behold.
When I was watching Spector in the HBO series, I kept thinking there was something so familiar about the actor. I thought I'd seen his eyes, his face, and heard his voice before. I don't think I had though. I checked out Spector's IMDB page, and don't think I've seen any of his previous work. When I was putting this piece together however, I think I know when I felt I know him. Spector looks as if he could be the older brother of senator Jon Ossoff.

Soap Studs: Rory Gibson
Ahhh time flies. Seems like just yesterday that I was lusting after shirtless shots of Y & R's Joshua Morrow. Now, it's actor Rory Gibson who recently joined the show as his son Noah. I haven't really watched much Y & R lately, but I set my DVR to record what I believe is the show's first same sex wedding.
In the show's almost 50 years of airing, Mariah and Tessa are not only the first same-sex couple to marry on the soap, it's the first gay couple they really given any attention to. I've seen Rory a few times on the show, but he didn't seem to be given much to work with when it comes to writing and story. It appeared from the wedding however, Noah has a love interest, or maybe two, in his future. Rory seems up for the task, and he sure is purdy...

Fit & Trimmed: Francisco by Studio1x
' Francisco was such a spit ball of energy, I could have kept shooting all day and night.!
FH viewers know that I love featuring firsts. I've spotlighted several favorite photographer's and their first time shooting a model fully nude. I've also featured many model's in front of the camera for their first professional shoot, and often, their first time taking it all off for their first nude shoot. Now, regular readers of the site know Jim from Studio1x. This certainly wasn't his first time shooting a hot male model in the buff. His shoot with Francisco however, did provide a couple of fun and interesting firsts for both model and photographer...
Francisco had never modeled before, let alone fully naked before first connecting with Jim. Francisco knew of Jim from his roommate Zack, who had previously modeled for Jim. Francisco loved the work he'd seen of Zack's time with Jim, so decided to get in touch about giving modeling a try. This was during the height of Covid however, so they decided to set up a virtual shoot to see how things went, and how comfortable Francisco was being nude in front of the camera.
'When I first saw Francisco, I knew I wanted to work with him. I loved his physique . Small frame but very muscular and his dark hair and eyes. He was a wrestler so had a great athletic build.'
Things went well, and both agreed that a future shoot, this time in person, would be planned with it was safer to get to get together face to face. A few months later, Zack and Francisco got in touch with Jim about doing a beach shoot with each of them, as well as Zack's girlfriend. Given it would be a good 5 hour drive for Jim to get to the beach, he decided to book a hotel room and shoot over two days. Day one, individual shoots in the hotel and day two spent shooting on the beach.
On the first day, Zack and his girlfriend arrived at the hotel in the morning and Jim began with a quick shoot with Zack. Francisco didn't have a car, so after Zack and his girlfriend left, He headed over to Francisco's place to pick him up and then head back to the hotel. Francisco had never modeled before the virtual shoot they had done a few months earlier and was eager to have the full experience and capture as many different looks, locations and styles as possible.
Jim describes Francisco was very open minded and willing to try many different things. Like most of his shoots, they began with clothed shots ten to partially nude to then nude in each of the settings. So those firsts... As a wrestler, Francisco certainly been naked in the locker-room before, he hadn't however, been fully erect for hours on end in front of another man. The nerves, and the nervous laughter, disappeared quickly, and Francisco was soon comfortable trying out different looks and poses. There was one thing he wanted to do however, that was a first for Jim....
'I think the funniest part of the shoot was how hairy he was from the waist down. Francisco decided he needed to shave his ass some and he asked me if I could do that for him. It was the first time he had been naked in front of a guy outside of the locker-room and here he is asking me to trim his ass. :) We only had my electric shaver so I did the best I could trimming him up, It worked out, as I didn't want to remove too much as I love models to keep their natural body hair when possible.'
'We spent the whole afternoon and evening shooting and having a great time doing so. It was probably around midnight before I got him back to his house. My main goal with any shoot is to make them as comfortable as possible so we get great shots, with true body movement and facial expressions.'

Favorite Face of the Day: Morgan Spector

My love of Downton Abbey, and creator and writer Julian Fellowes, wasn't enough to have me rushing to watch HBO's The Gilded Age when it premiered earlier this year. There was something about the promotional clips that I saw that had me thinking I wouldn't enjoy it. I was wrong....
I finally started it last weekend, and finished the first seasons 9 episodes this past Sunday night. Although the overuse of green screen was annoying, overall I loved diving into the period drama. The entire cast was spectacular, especially the scene stealing Carrie Coon. If there was one weak link, it was actress Louisa Jacobson. Marian is the character who brings us into the story, and although Jacobson is likable and engaging, she fades in certain scenes with some of her powerhouse co-stars.
There are a lot of hot men in the cast, including the incredibly sexy Mr. Russell. Actor Morgan Spector matches his television wife in every scene and I love the relationship and energy they brought to life. Even with those black suits and that sexy beard, Spector's sex appeal could not be diminished.
Spector has done quite a bit of on-screen nudity, and removes pretty much everything, including his sexy beard. Check out one of his most revealing roles on the NEXT PAGE HERE:
